Hi! My name is Jessica, and I have been a practicing social worker for almost 20 years. Most of my career has been working in the school system, but I also have experience with state agencies, jails and outpatient care. I received my master’s in social work from Wheelock College, obtained my LICSW in 2009 and earned my life coaching certificate in 2024. My expertise lies in DBT, trauma work and skills coaching with a strength based, solution-oriented approach. I believe that there is always room for growth and learning! I rely on my intuition, insight and life experience to navigate the landscape of change. I believe in the beauty of the human spirit and the realization that we are all connected, therefore, when energies vibe, magic can happen!!
